Nathan is a wellness professional dedicated to helping people push their limits and achieve holistic improvement. He believes that the body, mind, emotions, and soul are deeply connected, and his approach is based on this holistic vision.

With extensive experience in wellness, spirituality, personal development, and health, Nathan has explored a variety of trainings and techniques, including Vipassana (10-day silent meditation retreat), Transcendental Meditation, Brahma Kumaris teachings, Breathwork, the Wim Hof Method, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and ThetaHealing, among others. He has learned to integrate the essence of each discipline into his personal practice and to share it with others.

What sets Nathan apart is his ability to combine his knowledge with a calming presence, creating a deep sense of well-being for others. His mission is to share these techniques and help individuals connect with their true potential.
