My experience at your service
Nathan, a massage-kinesitherapist, circus instructor, yoga, acro-yoga, breathing, and meditation, is always reflecting on how one can become a better being and surpass oneself, considering all aspects of the human experience as interconnected: the body, mind, emotions, and soul. He has traveled a long journey through well-being, spirituality, personal development, and health.
His curiosity has led him to various training and techniques such as Vipassana (a 10-day silent meditation retreat), transcendental meditation, Bramas Kumaris teaching, breathwork, the Wim Hof method, NLP, Thetahealing, among others. He extracts the essence of each technique for his personal practice and to share with others. Wrapping others in well-being with his skills and reassuring presence is what Nathan does best.
