With the support of overhead bars, I move with awareness and precision, listening closely to what your body needs.

Deep Tissue
Imagine releasing deep muscle tension, your body unwinding under my hands. This technique aims to improve your blood circulation, release knots, leaving a sensation of lightness.
Vacuum Cups
The moving and/or static cupping creates space for your body, releasing muscle congestion and promoting blood circulation, facilitating drainage, eliminating metabolic waste, and supplying oxygen and nutrients. You will experience profound relaxation and a reduction in inflammation.
Vibration gun
The vibration gun is my ally in releasing muscle tension, relieving spasms and bruises, reducing adhesions, and restoring your mobility. It contributes to your active recovery.

Small Group Breathing Practices
In our group breathing practices, we explore various Pranayama (breathing) techniques, along with mindfulness exercises and meditation. We use relaxation and connection methods to cultivate awareness of the body and mind. During these sessions, we will practice different ways of breathing and being present, creating a space for collective exploration and connection.
